Refunds and Returns

Because prescription medications are prepared and dispensed specifically for an individual patient, HairGainMD does not accept returns or provide refunds for prescription medications once the pharmacy has begun preparing, compounding, or dispensing the medication, except where otherwise required by law.

If an order is not approved by the prescribing healthcare provider, any applicable payment collected for the medication will be cancelled or refunded, as appropriate.

Subscription and Recurring Orders

HairGainMD may offer recurring-order or subscription options for certain treatments. Unless a different schedule is selected or displayed in your account, recurring orders may be processed approximately every 120 days.

Your payment information may be securely stored by our third-party payment processor so that future orders can be processed using your selected payment method. Charges are generally processed before each scheduled order is prepared or shipped, unless the applicable order has already been paid for.

If you receive a prescription for a compounded medication through HairGainMD, the prescription may be prepared and dispensed by an independent compounding pharmacy working with the HairGainMD platform.

You can review and manage eligible upcoming orders, payment information, refill timing, and subscription preferences through your HairGainMD account.

Pausing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may pause or cancel an eligible HairGainMD subscription or recurring-order arrangement through your account.

To prevent an upcoming order from being processed, the cancellation or pause must be completed before the pharmacy begins preparing, compounding, or dispensing the medication. Once pharmacy preparation has started, the order may no longer be cancelled because prescription medications cannot generally be returned or resold.

Changes made after an order has already entered preparation will apply to future eligible orders.

• Review upcoming orders
• Change eligible refill or delivery timing
• Update payment information
• Pause recurring orders
• Cancel eligible subscriptions
